Joy Okonye

Joy joins the Crusaders this summer upon the conclusion of her freshman year at Brown University where she tallied ten points on the season through one goal and nine assists. This assist tally led the entire Ivy League. Her strong performance earned her the Kate Silver Award, presented by Brown University Athletics to the most outstanding first-year female athlete.

In her first appearance with the Crusaders in a 5-1 win over Albany Rush, Joy scored the game-winning goal in the tenth minute and contributed an assist later in the second half.
